The Banner Student service is a component of the Unified Digital Campus suite of applications which allows staff members (in Enrollment Management, Registrar’s office, etc.) to administer student records related to enrollment, grading, progress toward degree, etc.
Provides for accurate and reliable processing of student transactions.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services during normal Service Desk hours of 7:00am – 12midnight Monday – Saturday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).

Request for Service
Access to certain functionality within the Banner Student system is automatically granted as part of staff member’s role within organization. Access to remaining functionality must be requested via the application’s Functional Owner.
