Husky Cable Service

Husky Cable Service provides free TV channels to residence halls and selected locations for the academic community.

The service includes local channels, high definition channels and a movie channel that ResLife periodically refreshes the movie listings on a monthly basis. A list of the Husky Cable television channels can be found on the myNEU Portal.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.

To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357 (HELP).

For Residential Students, the charge is included in their room rate.

For all other customers, the charge is $50 per month, per outlet.

This service can be requested by contacting the NTS Service Manager or the Service Desk at 617-373-4357 (HELP).

This service can also be requested electronically be visiting myHelp and submitting a self-service request online.
