- Computer Equipment Relocation — full service support including coordination, physical relocation and setup of computers and related desktop equipment including printers and telephones
- Computing Support includes the following services:
- Malware Removal — diagnosis and removal of identified malware on NUnet and ResNet machines
- New Desktop Setup — setup service including connecting, verifying, and troubleshooting any issues with peripherals such as speakers and local printers
- Out of Warranty Computer Repair — ResNet is a certified Dell and Apple repair center and authorized to work on student computers no longer under warranty, regardless of where purchased
- Technical Support — full technical support through the Service Desk in the InfoCommons for Faculty and Staff and by ResNet for Students
- Warranty Computer Repair — Dell and Apple computers still under warranty may be fixed on-site instead of shipping off-site for repair
- myBackup — locally installed application that provides faculty and staff with secure storage of backed up files for University owned computers connected on NUnet
- myKnowledge — searchable knowledgebase with over 107,000 answers to software and hardware questions, including over 1,500 NU-specific solutions, see also myKnowledge Support
- NUnet Computer Standardization and Offering — machines are delivered from partner vendors pre-configured to work on NUnet and take advantage of all of the benefits of the Northeastern network domain
- Workstation Standards and Purchase Program — IS consults directly with preferred computer vendors to make pre-configured workstations available to the NU community at a pre-determined rate
