  • myKnowledge — searchable knowledgebase with over 107,000 answers to software and hardware questions, including over 1,500 NU-specific solutions, see also myKnowledge Support
  • NUnet Computer Standardization and Offering — machines are delivered from partner vendors pre-configured to work on NUnet and take advantage of all of the benefits of the Northeastern network domain
  • Workstation Standards and Purchase Program — IS consults directly with preferred computer vendors to make pre-configured workstations available to the NU community at a pre-determined rate
