The myApps service provides remote (off-campus) access to University licensed applications for Faculty, Staff and Students.
Accessed via the myNEU Portal, this service allows users access to university licensed applications while off campus. It also provides integration with the myFiles service which allows you to store your files on the web so they can be accessed remotely. All clients (Apple and Windows) must have remote desktop software installed. Windows computers have Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection software installed by default. Macintosh computer users can download the recommended remote desktop client to obtain access to this service.

Hours of Availability
Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services during normal university business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).
Currently, there is no charge for this service.
