Enterprise Integration Services provides consulting and development services on integration approaches for Northeastern’s disparate information systems used to support academic and administrative business processes.
The goal is to ensure that systems and components work together and that the underlying technology can be supported by Northeastern’s Information Technology Services.

Service levels will vary based on the negotiated agreement between the business customer and Information Technology Services.
Business System Owners
There are no users of this service, only requests from Business System Owners
Hours of Availability
Service is available during normal university business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. Resources can be made available for specific projects on a requested basis.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services (ITS), specifically the Enterprise Data Services group. Hours of support will vary depending on the negotiated agreement between the business customer and ITS.
