myFiles Information Center

myFiles is a safe and easy way to access and share files no matter where you happen to be, on campus or off-campus. Faculty, staff and students can access myFiles through the myNEU Portal. To start using myfiles, login to myNEU and click the myFiles icon:

You may also login to myFiles (outside of myNEU) by going directly to http://myFiles.neu.edu. See Getting Started with myFiles (PDF).

myFiles allows you to share almost any kind of file, such as spreadsheets, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and more. Login to myKnowledge for information on how to access and use myFiles. Search on “myFiles” to see a solution with information on the application that includes a link to a 250 page PDF myFiles User Guide containing direct links to specific topics from the Table of Contents.
