Out of Warranty Computer Repair

The Out of Warranty Computer Repair service diagnoses and replaces broken components in student owned Dell and Apple computers that are no longer under warranty.
ResNet is a certified Dell and Apple repair center and authorized to work on computers no longer under warranty, regardless of where they were purchased. This service allows the computer to be fixed on-site instead of having to be shipped off-site for repair.

Hours of Availability
Drop off repair work for students available through ResNet during normal ResNet hours of 8:30am – 7:00pm Monday – Thursday and 8:30am – 5:00pm on Friday.
Support is provided by ResNet for Student Dell and Apple computers.

Charges vary based upon service:

  • Memory – $15
  • Drive – $25
  • Keyboard – $25
  • Network and Wireless Cards – $15
  • Case Fan – $25

An additional charge may be incurred for purchasing of any parts needing to be replaced.
