Instructor-Led Training

IS@NU Service Catalog items under Instructor-Led Training include:

• Application Training — instructor-led training on University-supported e-mail and a variety of popular applications (list some software titles here) licensed for use on campus
• Classroom Technology Training — offered at the start of the term and are held in a technology equipped classroom; faculty have hands-on access to installed equipment and are encouraged to bring their laptop computers to learn how to connect them to the projection device in the classroom
• Information Security Awareness Training — to assist users in understanding the value of information and best practices for handling information in accordance with University policy and local, state and Federal laws and regulations
