Information Technology Services has two portable video conferencing stations that can be reserved for use by Faculty and Staff. ITS staff are available for consultation in configuring and using the equipment.
Allows the university community to hold video meetings that at one time would only be by phone. The service offers the following features: real time video and audio conferencing, IP based connectivity, and the capability to connect to multiple locations.

Hours of Availability
Service is available during normal university business Hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. Service can be made available after hours with event fee by contacting the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP) and arranging for the equipment and technical assistance needed.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services during normal university business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).
