Digital Media Services assists faculty and their students with the production of digital media materials for teaching, learning and research, and offers workshops and consultation to encourage and enhance the use of current and emerging media technologies.

Services include the development and production of academic media materials using the latest technologies, and format transfers from analog to digital. A wide range of formats are available.

Customized workshops are designed and presented for faculty and can be presented in the classroom to their students on presentation and production techniques, and use of specific software such as Blackboard and PowerPoint. Assistance, training and self-help options are available through consultation with the Digital Media Services staff.

Service is available during normal university business Hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services during normal University business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).
