The Classroom and Presentation Technical Support service provides and maintains audio-visual equipment at Northeastern University’s Boston campus for both classroom use and special events, offers technical assistance as needed, and conducts training sessions on the use of audio-visual equipment used in presentations.
Equipment, designed for ease of use and optimal integration, is available. At the same time as you request the equipment, you may request assistance, if needed, for classroom and event presentations.

Hours of Availability
Service is available during class hours of 7:30am – 10:00pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30am – 6:00pm on Friday. Service can be made available for specific needs on a requested basis.
Support is provided by Information Technology Services, specifically the Customer Services group. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357 (xHELP).
