The Remote Access Service (VPN) provides the Northeastern Faculty and Staff community with encryption, high availability, and remote connectivity to campus resources from the Internet.

Service allows users to connect a remote computer to campus resources in a secure fashion, retaining domain services for NUnet domain machines.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
Support
Support is provided by Information Services during normal Service Desk hours of 7:00am – 12 midnight Monday – Saturday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357 (HELP).
