The IP Address Services deliver the IP address services to all customer machines, servers and websites on campus.

The IP Address Services provide a unique Internet Protocol (IP) address to devices, so that the devices can identify and communicate with each other on a Intranet / Internet network utilizing the Internet Protocol standard.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.

Support is provided by Information Services during Service Desk hours of 7:00am – 12midnight Monday – Saturday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357 (HELP).
