MATLAB 2011b is now available

The latest version of MATLAB is now available for faculty and staff to use.

To access MATLAB on NUnet, follow the instructions for the appropriate operating system:

Windows XP

  • Go to Start–> Programs–> Statistical and Computational
  • You will see MATLAB available for use

Windows 7

  • Go to Start-> All Programs-> Statistical and Computational
  • You will see MATLAB available for use. Select the latest version, 2011b.

Faculty and staff can create an account with Mathworks and download MATLAB for home use.

“MATLAB® is a high-level language and interactive environment that enables you to perform computationally intensive tasks faster than with traditional programming languages such as C, C++, and Fortran”. (Per the MathWorks website)
