AcademiX 2011 – Redefining the university experience

Discover how mobile devices and iOS are helping transform education. AcademiX 2011 is a free conference, and will take place simultaneously at four universities, including Northeastern University, as well as via live webcast.

AcademiX 2011 will focus on how the mobile revolution is redefining education. Presenters from around higher education will share their experiences from both practical and pedagogical perspectives. Eight 20-minute talks will discuss topics like "Using Mobile and Social Media for Research and Teaching," "Supporting iPad Across Different Departments," and "Piloting Innovative Mobile Programs in Academia".
