Easily connect with your colleagues using Lync

Information Services is pleased to announce the availability of the Microsoft Lync service. Lync is the latest unified communications solution from Microsoft and is the successor to our Lotus Sametime offering. Lync enables faculty and staff within the Northeastern community to send and receive instant messages, participate in online meetings, share resources and more. Lync’s seamless integration with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook helps to unify various communication media and aid in productivity.

For more information about how to use and install Microsoft Lync, please visit the Microsoft Lync Support page.

To learn more about what Microsoft Lync can do for you, IS Training is offering demonstrations beginning this month.  To attend the demo,  please visit the  ISCS Training Registration Site and sign up.
