ISCS October Training Update and Tips

People always like to find out about shortcuts and tips. Here are a few for Microsoft Outlook, to help manage your mail and calendar better.

  • Instead of clicking on Check Names when addressing an email, use the keyboard shortcut- CTRL K.
  • Need to search your Inbox? F3 takes you right to the search box above your Inbox.
  • Create a custom view in your Calendar- switch to day view, then you can use the small monthly calendar on the top left in the Navigation Pane to click and drag over any time frame of the month you want. You can also select non-contiguous dates by holding down the CTRL key while you click on the dates.

We hope you find these useful. These are just a sample of the types of things we do in our free classes. Make sure you check the ISCS Training page to see our schedule and other training information.
