myKnowledge, the Information Services searchable knowledge base now available from myNEU, myHelp, and the new Information Services website, has over 107,000 solutions to your technology hardware and software questions.

Topics include PC and Mac hardware and applications, particularly those provided by Information Services. In addition there are over 1,500 Northeastern-specific solutions including those relating to myNEU, how to operate classroom technology, and questions about account usernames and passwords. Log on to myKnowledge with your myNEU username and password and check out what our 24x7x365 self-help support service has to offer.
