myNEU – What’s Out There

As the summer winds down, please remember that the myNEU portal provides one-stop access to a variety of services to help you manage information and connect with other university departments. New for this fall are “myTickets,” a gateway to online ticket purchasing for university athletic and cultural events, and “myHelp,” an improved mechanism for requesting support and other Information Services products and services. Faculty and Staff will find these items on the Services and Links tab on your myNEU account. Students will find them in the Self-Service tab.

From the Services and Links tab, Faculty and Staff may also:

  • view payroll and benefits information via hrConnect
  • review survey results for your courses on TRACE
  • download software licensed to Northeastern faculty and staff
  • visit the Dell and Apple computer stores to purchase equipment with our negotiated university discount
  • purchase a parking permit or arrange for payroll deduction of campus recreation fees
  • and much more!

In myNEU, Students may also:

  • register for classes
  • check financial aid status
  • view grades and transcripts
  • download Symantec antivirus software
  • and much more!
