Faculty and staff who are hired through Human Resources automatically get their accounts to access NUnet (the campus network), myNEU, and e-mail within the first few days on campus. You must activate your account by going to http://myneu.neu.edu and clicking on “How do I get a myNEU username and password?” Use this username and password to access your desktop computer connected to NUnet, your Exchange e-mail and calendar via Outlook, Entourage, or Outlook Web Access, and myNEU.
Faculty and staff who are hired by their department using the sponsored account process will get these same accounts within a few days of completing an online Sponsored Account request. Please see the Sponsored Account Requests page for more information and to apply for a sponsored account.
New students who are admitted receive myNEU account information with their acceptance materials. Go to http://myneu.neu.edu and click on “How do I get a myNEU username and password?” to go to the “Activate Account” process.
