Unplanned Outage: May 22-23, 2014 – Network Connectivity Issues

Over the last 24 hours the Boston campus has been experiencing intermittent network connectivity issues, resulting in network outages lasting five to 10 minutes, every few hours. When these outages occur Information Technology Services responds immediately to find a resolution and restore connectivity. We are continuing to work with the Northeastern community and our vendors to remedy this situation. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and thank you for your patience.
