"There were unbelievable things every single day and not one day was spent in the classroom," reflects senior Brian Vinikoor on his food-focused Dialogue of Civilizations trip to Italy last summer. Daily educational excursions included visiting a buffalo mozzarella factory and discussing economics at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
