Tuatara Corp ("Tuatara"; the "Company") is a Delaware C corporation startup established in December of 2010 to introduce a disruptive technology innovation for the Education market. Tuatara is focused on providing students with a destination website where they may access, purchase, and custom-combine Internet and disaggregated textbook material with original, user-created notes to generate Personalized Study Plans that can be securely and lawfully shared with other students. The relationships that Tuatara has with market-leading textbook publishers "combined with a unique content disaggregation platform and integration with social media tools" will provide students with an ability to customize and share their Personalized Study Plans in a way not currently available in the market. These Personalized Study Plans can then be utilized by the student to prepare for any "high stakes" situation, including lab practicals, quizzes, exams, mid-terms, finals, etc. The Tuatara platform, is the first Digital Learning platform designed to leverage the shift from paper textbooks to eTextbooks in order to focus on the unique learning styles of end-users. Traditional paper textbooks approach all learners the same way, while the Tuatara product will address the unique learning styles of each student, whether that be Read/Write, Audio, Video or Kinesthetic. This will provide the students with a way to organize and recall all Personalized Study Plans in their courses taken. Tuatara's platform has market-unique disaggregation capabilities, but it is the student's ability to custom assemble, annotate, and save content of all types in a sharable social network-integrated environment that is truly powerful and unique. Also unique to Tuatara is the ability for the student to receive continual content-specific updates, as content changes in future iterations. These features offer all campus constituencies (faculty, students, tutoring and support centers, etc) with a compelling reason to utilize the Tuatara platform, because it is useful and not just a less expensive option.
