Nick is a graduate of Northeastern’s College of Business Administration. During his time at Northeastern, Nick owned and operated his first business, which he sold after graduation to begin a career in the financial services industry with Price Waterhouse, and later Copley Real Estate Advisors. Nick returned to his entrepreneurial routes as CEO of Select Appointment’s North American and Worldwide IT businesses. Under Nick’s leadership, these diversified staffing businesses grew from $70 million in revenue to just under $1 billion in revenue, were listed on the NASDAQ and London stock exchanges, and ultimately sold to a publicly traded Dutch conglomerate. More recently Nick was CEO of Grand Circle Corporation, a privately held travel business which provides adventure travel experiences around the world to Americans 50 years of age and older.

In 2005 Nick founded LENTO ADVISORS and LENTO VENTURES. LENTO ADVISORS and LENTO VENTURES provide capital and business expertise to entrepreneurs who have a proven track record in their field of expertise, are motivated to run their own business and are driven to succeed. LENTO ADVISORS works with entrepreneurs who have already started a business and need assistance with expansion and/or execution of an exit strategy. LENTO VENTURES works with entrepreneurial minded individuals who are motivated to start their own business, but need help converting their idea into action.
