Kevin Walther is in his junior year at Northeastern University, majoring in Political Science and Communication Studies. Kevin is currently an intern at APCO Worldwide in the corporate responsibility practice group.
Last year, Kevin interned at Howard Consulting Group, a public affairs consulting firm located in Washington, D.C. Working in the Communications and Media Division, Kevin created news briefings, coordinated media outreach, and pitched radio interviews for clients.
Kevin previously served as a Campus Ambassador for Smarterer, a Boston-based startup used to test social, technical, and digital skills. He also participated in Governor Deval Patrick’s press office, assisting the press secretaries with press material and media inquiries. Kevin has also worked at a U.S. Representative’s office, EIV News as a reporter and writer, and WEBN as a correspondent.
After graduating, Kevin plans to work in corporate communications in New York City.
