HRM offers training sessions on the university applicant tracking system, PeopleAdmin.
Human Resources Management is offering training sessions on the university applicant tracking system, PeopleAdmin. During these sessions, you will be able to see instructor led demonstrations on the general functionality of the system. You will also be able to cover any specific questions that you have about positions, postings or candidates in your area. Topics may include:
- Managing your positions
- Creating and editing your job postings
- Managing your applicant pool
- Processing a hire
Location: Classes will be held in CP 298 located at 250 Columbus Place.

Processing the Hire
To ensure you complete the hiring process correctly, please use the following checklist.
To complete the I-9 process, you will need the username and password the I-9 Service Center emailed you. Please enter your username and password under the Existing Employee section of the page. If you did not receive emails from the I-9 Service Center, please contact your division's Key Contact about Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification. All student employees will need to access the Form I-9 from the Student Employment website on myNEU.
