Human Resources Management (HRM) is focused on delivering the highest level of customer service to our constituencies at all times. We have developed contingency plans to ensure that our faculty and staff can receive timely information and have continued access to our services in the event of an issue that causes us to alter our normal operations.
We also want to ensure that our key Academic and Administrative contacts can continue to access and process transactions related to our benefits, compensation, employment, hire, payroll, systems and terminations.
In the event HRM is operating under a contingency plan, our services will be provided as follows:

HRM Website: Our website will continue to provide information and updates along with access to forms, benefit providers and other key information. Please check this site, along with Northeastern website, often.
