A Personal Relocation Counselor assesses the specific needs of the employee, gives counsel and guidance and then carefully matches a real-estate agent, who will assist in the sale, purchase or rental of a home.
Provides cost-of-living comparisons between departure and destination cities, school reports, community information and other pertinent information to assist in a home search.
The relocation counselor will coordinate an area housing tour so employees may investigate the housing market to get a sense of their purchasing power.
Employees can receive significant bonus on the sale or purchase of their home when they register with Coldwell Banker's Real Estate Advantage Program. The Credit Union is sponsored for the benefit of all university faculty, staff and their families, graduate students and alumni. The Credit Union offers regular savings accounts, certificates of deposit, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), checking accounts, ATM/debit cards and loans. Credit Union members may take advantage of the automatic payroll savings plan.
