Star Recognition Certificate
The Star Recognition Certificate
program is intended to encourage immediate recognition of the
extraordinary contributions of an individual faculty or staff member by
any member of the university community.
It
is designed to recognize behaviors and contributions that we don't see
every day, with results that are above and beyond expectations.
Who is eligible?
The program is open all faculty and staff members of the university community.
How does the program work?
An
individual writes a note to the intended recipient on the certificate,
and completes the form attached to the certificate. The certificate is
detached and placed in the envelope and given directly to the
colleague. The form is then sent to HRM.
Each
month, HRM will randomly select four individuals from among the
certificate recipients and award each of them a $50 American Express
gift certificate.
