Parenting Your Teen:  What Works and What Doesn't Work

This program helps parents understand how the normal developmental changes of adolescence impacts the parent-child relationship. The program includes discussion of problems parents are experiencing with their teens, along with ideas about what works and what doesn’t work in managing difficult behaviors. Positive communication and successful limit setting will also be addressed.

An Important Message for Blue Cross Blue Shield Subscribers Residing in Massachusetts

By January 31, 2010, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts will issue 2009 1099-HC forms to subscribers residing in Massachusetts who were enrolled at any time during the 2009 calendar year.

When you receive yours in the mail, hold on to it! Due to Massachusetts Health Care Reform laws that require residents over the age of 18 to prove their health care coverage, you and your covered dependents will need a 1099-HC form to complete your state income tax returns.

H1N1 and the Flu Season Guidelines

In the interest of maintaining a safe and healthy workplace relative to the H1N1 virus and the influenza season, the following are advisory guidelines for managers and employees.

These Guidelines include a Special Temporary Sick Leave Policy for H1N1 and Influenza Related Illnesses effective immediately and through May 1, 2010.
