Summer Housing Information
Summer II Move-In Information:
Planning to live on-campus this summer? Why don’t you stay with us in on-campus housing this Summer 2009? Even though our Fall & Spring Terms are available only to full-time students matriculating in a degree-granting program, the Summer Terms are open to a broader audience:
- Full-time Northeastern students taking a part-time course load at NU for the summer.
- Full-time Northeastern students with the summer “off” who are working full-time (on or off campus) and wish to live on campus.
- Non-Northeastern students who are taking 2 or more courses at NU during the summer and who are listed under “Special Student” status.
How do I sign up?
Place a deposit for Summer I or Summer II 2009 by using NUPAY in your myNEU portal, or Stop by the Housing & Residential Life Office in Speare Commons for more information.
Summer housing is first come first serve, we recommend depositing by March 12, 2009. Since we have already started placing students we are no longer accepting preference forms.

How to Rent:
- Students interested in renting an A/C unit should go to the Cashier's Office, beginning May 4, 2009, located in 248 Richards Hall and pay the rental fee. The Cashier's Office will accept check, cash and credit cards.
