Room Change Process
Are you interested in a room change for the Summer I semester?
Our process has changed in an effort to streamline communication and better serve our students. In order to receive an appointment in the first round of room changes please complete the on-line form by Friday, May 17th at 12 Noon.
Open Room Change (May 20 - May 31) Forms available May 15
Step 1: Click here for request form
Step 2: Complete on-line room change request
Step 3: You will receive an e-mail with your scheduled appointment time
Step 4: Meet with an Assignment Coordinator in person or by phone
Step 5: Select from availability
Step 6: Check-in/move to new assignment and check-out of old assignment
Limited Room Change (June 3 - June 14)
Step 1: Visit your Residence Director to discuss your request
Step 2: RD Consults with Housing Services on available options
Step 3: If a room change is warranted you will meet with an Assignemnt Coordinator in person or by phone to discuss available options
Step 4: Check-in/move to new assignment and check-out of old assignment
Admin Room Change (June 17- June 25)
Step 1: Visit your Residence Director to discuss your request
Step 2: RD consults with supervisors & Housing Services on available options
Step 3: If a room change is warranted you will meet with an Assignment Coordinator in person or by phone to discuss available options
Step 4: Check-in/move to new assignment and check-out of old assignment
