What is the Sophomore Year Experience Program?
The Sophomore Year Experience Program (SYE) focuses on the topics and needs specific to sophomores at Northeastern University. The overall goal of the program is to encourage your development into knowledgeable, accomplished members of the community through your participation in intentional and educational campus events and programs.
What specific outcomes result from your participation in SYE events?
Sophomores will learn to distinguish healthy relationships from non-healthy relationships.
- Sophomores will garner an appreciation for civic engagement.
- Sophomores will demonstrate school spirit and involvement on campus.
- Sophomores will attain a greater understanding of their career goals.
- Sophomores will develop practical life skills to be successful independent adults.
