Creative Expressions
Art + Passion = Creative Expression. In this LLC, students will explore the many forms of creative expression and how these mediums can be conveyed. Whether this is your future career path, deepest passion, or a budding hobby, we hope that you will consider joining us on a journey of self-discovery and self‐expression. Find your niche in one of our Creative Expressions families:
- Interactive Media: Interested in gaming, graphics, media, and more? The Interactive Media LLC combines art, media, and technology into a multi‐facetted community. Focusing on technology as a tool for artistic innovation, this LLC allows students to experiment with different forms of media for their own personal and professional growth. Students will be inspired by their neighbors and collaborate on their next great project!
- Written Word
: Edward Bulwer-Lytton said, “The pen is mightier than the sword”. This community will be home to aspiring authors, poets, and lovers of literary arts. Whether it’s looking for someone to critique their latest work or to deconstruct Hemingway’s prose during a faculty dinner, students will thrive in this wildly creative and supportive environment. Members of this community will motivate one another to master the written word.
- Musical Motifs
: As Henry Longfellow says, “Music is the universal language of mankind”. Does your soul have a rhythm you can’t turn off? Whether you play an instrument, compose music, sing, or simply enjoy listening, this is the community for you! This environment will help connectstudents’ passion for music with industry skills to create a complete, melodious ensemble. Students will be encouraged toexpress themselves musically and attend some of the many musical events the Boston area has to offer.
