Summer Open Buildings
We are accepting applications and deposits for Summer I and Summer II 2012. Please deposit on myNEU and we will contact you with a preference form. Summer II preference forms will be available later in the summer, we are only focusing on Summer I assignments and forms at this time.
Summer Rates: (All rates are subject to the $16 RSA Activity Fee)
Enhanced Buildings (COV, DGL, 780, WVN, WVC, WVH):
Single Room: $2850
Double Room: $2542
Standard/Economy Buildings (Willis*, St. Stephen Street, Huntington)
Standard Single: $2258
Economy Single: $2075
Standard Double: $1913
Economy Double: $1650
Standard Studio Double: $1765
*Willis low-rise (Odd Numbered Rooms) residents are charge an additional Air Conditioning fee ($157.50)

Air conditioner rental information will be available after 11am on May 5, 2012. Please visit Speare Commons with a Credit Card to secure your A/C rental. Summer I, or Summer II rentals are $235.00. The entire Summer Session (SUI & SUII) rentals are $315.00.
