To ensure integrity and visibility, Northeastern logos and wordmarks—including lockups—should be kept clear of competing text, images, and, graphics. They must be surrounded on all sides by adequate clear space. For the logo, that is equal to the “x” height from the bottom of the seal. For lockups, the minimum clear space is three times the “x” height from the bottom of the college, SLT unit, or graduate campus name. See the examples below.
