All templates are available as PDF files. If the PDF is not viewable after clicking the link, right-click (PC) or control-click (Mac) the link, follow the prompts to "Save File to Disk" or "Download Link to Disk" and then open the saved PDF with an application that reads PDF files. A free PDF reader, Adobe Acrobat Reader, is available for download via the Adobe Web site: www.adobe.com/acrobat.
This page contains EPS files for logos, PDF files for print templates and two levels of PowerPoint templates available for download. The Image Library contains TIFF files for print and JPEG files for Web usage.
We strongly encourage you to develop all marketing communications in coordination with the appropriate administrative units to fully leverage your unit marketing goals and strategy.

Logos

These downloadable versions of the Northeastern logotype for print are EPS files and are primarily meant for use by professional graphic designers or printers. If you need the Northeastern graphic identity or any one of the college or school lockups for simple print applications, easy-to-use JPEG files are available by contacting NU Reprographics at (617) 373-2766.
STANDARD
Use CMYK versions of the logotype for publications that include photos and graphics requiring many colors of ink to reproduce.
Use spot color versions of the logotype for printed pieces that have no full-color photographs and use only one or two colors of ink.

Fonts
Licenses for the ITC New Baskerville and Scala fonts are available for use on University projects, and are not intended for personal use.
Fonts must be requested via email by a University faculty or staff member (as indicated by a first initial, last name @neu.edu email address). If fonts are to be used by student workers or external vendors, the request for fonts must come from a University faculty or staff member and list the name and email address of the person who will be using the fonts.
Fonts are restricted to two licenses, per college or division, per year. Additional licenses may be purchased at the Fontshop. 1.888.333.6687, www.fontshop.com
To obtain fonts:
- Email NU Reprographics, indicating required font(s).
- Include requestor's full name, title, department and contact information in the request.
- An email will be sent to the requestor, which allows the font to be downloaded once, anytime over the next 10 days.
