General InformationDegree Offered: MSPart-time Study Available: No Program DescriptionSpeech-Language Pathologists evaluate, treat, and counsel individuals of all ages and backgrounds for cognitive-communication and swallowing impairments. Examples of these include delayed language development, aphasia, dysarthria, voice and resonance problems, and stuttering. During your graduate program in Speech-Language Pathology at Northeastern University, you will develop the knowledge and skills needed to effectively help such individuals. Intensive on- and off-campus clinical practicums will provide you with valuable experiences working with infants, children, and adults who present with a variety of diagnoses and disorders. Opportunities will be available for you to participate in research and community service.
