Choose your path to engineering leadership
Most Candidates pursue the Gordon Engineering Leadership Program as part of a Master of Science degree in the engineering discipline of their choice. Upon completion, they earn both the Master of Science degree and a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Leadership.
Candidates who already hold a graduate degree in engineering can complete the program to earn a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Leadership.
Please note that some programs require advisor approval and/or a petition process to count completed GEL coursework towards the Master of Science degree. A GEL advisor can help guide you through this process.
For all programs, please be sure to confer with a faculty advisor from your engineering discipline prior to beginning your graduate coursework.
