For over 20 years, Christa has been creating, leading, operationalizing and contributing to business strategies in support of growth, transformation, and performance improvement. Currently the Vice President of Strategy and Execution (US), she works with the President and management team to determine the “what” and the “how” for growing Blue Earth in the USA.
Christa earned an MBA from Northeastern University and a second Masters in Management from the University of Dallas. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and has a Master Certificate of Strategic Organizational Leadership, which includes Strategy and Lean Sigma, from Villanova University. She has been involved in several executive-based forums to discuss best practices for executing strategy, such as the i-nexis Strategy Execution Consortium, and she speaks at various conferences on the topic of Strategy and Execution as a major driver for corporate growth and turn-arounds. She proudly serves as a volunteer career coach as time permits.
This will be Christa’s fifth visit as a speaker within the Gordon Engineering Leadership Program.
