Joanne earned a High-Technology MBA from Northeastern University and joined Business Development and Strategic Marketing teams to support technologies including Data-Over-Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) Cable Modem Test Systems, Set-top Box Application Software, and High-Speed Converters.

Joanne is currently the Business Development Manager for Lockheed Martin Missile & Fire Control, Air & Missile Defense Systems supporting RF/Microwave communication, electronic warfare and missile seeker systems. She is a Certified Capture Manager and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt facilitator and teacher. With her 25+ years of experience to share, Joanne acts as an industry liaison and a Gordon Mentor with Northeastern University.
