For over 20 years, Christa has created, led, and executed business strategies and “Areas of Excellence” for growth, transformation, and continuous improvement. Currently the Senior Director of Strategic Programs and Continuous Improvement at Lantheus Medical Imaging, she oversees four primary areas: company-wide business planning, various strategic programs such as international commercialization and compliance, multiple continuous improvement efforts, and programs/standards geared toward strengthening the disciplines and competencies related to execution of strategy.
A “life learner,” her credentials include an MBA from Northeastern University and a second Masters in Management for IT & Knowledge Management from the University of Dallas. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a certified Lean Six Sigma Professional, and a graduate from Villanova’s Master Certificate in Strategic Organizational Leadership. She has been involved in several executive-based forums to discuss best practices for executing strategy, and has been a regular speaker at various conferences such as IQPC and Q1 Productions. She is also a contributing author to Linked2Leadership’s Blogazine, and proudly serves as a volunteer career coach as time permits.
This will be Christa’s second visit as a speaker within the Gordon Engineering Leadership Program.
