On Friday, April 20th, our Distinguished Guest Speaker will be Christa Dhimo, Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Lantheus Medical Imaging.

In nearly 20 years, Christa has built a reputation as a business strategist leading and executing business transformation and growth strategies with an emphasis on Organizational Assessment/Design, Strategic Positioning & Alignment, Employee Focus, and Leadership Development.

A “Life Learner,” her credentials include an MBA from Northeastern and a Masters from U-Dallas in Management/IT for knowledge transfer. She is a certified PMP®, a graduate of Villanova’s Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership, and a certified Master Human Capital Strategist from Human Capital Institute.

In 2008 she was named a “Top Practitioner in Leadership Development” by Leadership Excellence Magazine, one of her proudest achievements to date, and in 2010 she was asked to participate in “The Frontier Project” as an industry leader in Executive Strategies and Development. She is proud to be a Contributing Author to Leadership2Leadership’s Blogazine.
