Speaker: Sorin Marcovici, Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, Analogic Corporation

Title: “1984 – What a year! Rebuilding an engineering organization”

Bio: Sorin Marcovici is Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Analogic. He holds a Physicist Engineer Degree from Polytechnic Institute Bucharest, Romania and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. During his 33 years with Analogic, Sorin has held various engineering positions of continuously increased responsibility and was General Manager of several operating Divisions. Most recently he was the President of Anrad Corporation, the Canadian wholly-owned subsidiary of Analogic. Sorin is a Fellow of IEEE, a Member of SPIE, and has 6 patents.
