Conduct an interview of an older adult, age 50+, to assess their current level of physical activity. Also assess their maximum potential for physical activity considering their level of wellness, access to resources, motivation. Summarize the results of your assessments, then develop mutually acceptable physical activity goals. Using the AARP Fitness Resource, develop a physical activity plan of care for this individual. Select references and resources from this site that you believe will assist this person in achieving his/her physical activity goals.
