Payment Plan
Northeastern University offers a monthly payment plan administered through TuitionPay where tuition payments may be spread over nine, ten, or eleven months beginning in June.
The payment plan is not a loan; there are no interest charges, just an annual enrollment fee of $60. The monthly payment plan can be used alone or in combination with financial aid, grants, and loans.
Advantages
By paying monthly, you can:
- Eliminate the burden of a lump-sum payment.
- Divide your educational costs into small, manageable, interest-free installments.
- Reduce your need to borrow, thereby reducing the overall cost of education.
Thousands of Northeastern families use the payment plan because they find it easier to budget the cost of a college education month by month.
Payment Plan Options
The different plan options are offered for costs incurred during Fall 2012 and thereafter. If you choose an annual plan option, you should budget your costs for the entire academic year – September 2012 through August 2013. Costs incurred prior to Fall 2012 should not be included in your budget (i.e. the summer term prior to the new plan year cannot be included).
Note: Check or Echeck are the accepted methods of payment with TuitionPay monthly payment plans.
