These forms are documents that may be needed to complete your application or to update your student account. If you haven’t submitted all the documents we require, you may download the appropriate ones below and submit them to our office. Please note, you may not be required to submit any of these documents. This listing is intended as a library of forms that may be required during the financial aid and billing process. There is no need to complete a form unless you have been requested to do so.

The information that you and/or your parent(s)/guardian(s) provide to Student Financial Services in conjunction with your application for admission to Northeastern University will be used for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for various federal, state, institutional, and external aid programs and may be shared with these entities to determine funding eligibility and/or provide financial guidance and support to you and/or your family.

Complete the necessary forms in this category only if requested to do so in writing by Student Financial Services.

If you are a first-year, Undergraduate Day student, all requested documents should be submitted to the College Board’s Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC). If you do not already have an IDOC account, you will receive an email from IDOC with instructions on creating your IDOC account.
