The Facilities Customer Service Center is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Please be prepared to provide your first and last name, a contact phone number, your NEU email address, the location of the problem and a concise description of the problem.

The FCSC representative will enter the info into Maximo, the work request database, and give you the work request number.

You will get an email response confirming the work request, as well.
