Provost Research
The Office of the Provost Undergraduate Research program supports and enriches Northeastern's dynamic environment for undergraduate research in a variety of ways.
It connects students to specific research opportunities with renowned scholars in the arts, social and physical sciences, and technology, locally and around the world; and sponsors the University's Research and Technology Expo, an annual exhibit of faculty, graduate, and undergraduate research held each spring.
The provost's office also offers grants for undergraduate research, awarded on a competitive basis. About 60 students each year receive as much as $1,000 to cover project costs, including travel and supplies.
