MA is currently becoming the center of an industrial boom in robotic technologies. A large number of successful start-ups in robotics have been created during the last 5 years, raising millions of dollars in venture capital and sales of robotic products.
The objective of this workshop is to inform the community (students, faculty, researchers, engineers, entrepreneurs) about this technology explosion in robotics and present some examples of recent successful start-ups. The agenda will include 10 minute presentation from 6 speakers and 30 minute panel discussion with the audience. A 30 minute light reception will conclude the event.
